Privacy
We only collect what we need to deliver your order. We don't sell your details.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and city.
- Optionally: your email, postal code and any notes you add.
- Your order itself: what you bought, the total and its status.
There are no accounts. Your cart is kept only in your own browser until you place an order.
How we use it
- To call you to confirm your order and to deliver it.
- To handle a replacement, refund or question about that order.
Who sees it
Only us and the courier who delivers your parcel, who need your name, phone and address to reach you. We don't sell or rent your details or use them for third-party advertising.
Where it is kept
Order details are stored in our database on Cloudflare. Checkout is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots, which may check basic information from your browser. Our pages load a font from Google Fonts, so Google can see that your browser requested it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details by contacting us using the phone or WhatsApp number in the footer. We may need to keep basic order records for a time to deal with any issue with that order.
