How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, open the cart, fill in your name, phone number and address, and press Place order. We will call you to confirm.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. The delivery fee for your city is shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Open Track your order and enter your order number (it looks like ORD-000123) and the phone number you ordered with.
Can I return something?
Dry fruits are food, so we cannot take back an order because you changed your mind. If an item is wrong, damaged or spoiled, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it. See Returns and refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it is delivered. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
